We are a 55 and over, manufactured home community that is not too small, and not too big; it’s actually just the perfect size. We have 362 homes of varying sizes, types and models, including lake front homes as well. We are wonderfully located a mile from the intersection of the FL turnpike, (a straight shot to Disney) and the Sawgrass Expressway (the best road to Key West). Countless restaurants, banks, grocery stores, home centers, craft stores, department stores, etc., an endless selection, are all within a few miles. Many within walking or biking distance. Grocery, drug stores, and a post office are all a short walk away.
We are safely tucked in a gated community full of caring neighbors. Many residents began as snowbirds, who couldn’t resist relocating their nest to year round warm weather.
